Thank you for choosing Safety RV Pty Ltd ("Safety RV," "we," "us," or "our") and our camera systems. We take pride in the quality and performance of our products and are committed to providing you with excellent customer service. This Warranty Disclosure Statement ("Statement") outlines the warranty coverage for the Blindvue Camera System, Rearvue Camera System, Fullvue Camera System, and associated display screens (collectively referred to as "Camera Systems").
 

​1   -   Warranty Coverage

a. Blindvue Camera System: We offer a 3-year replacement warranty on the Blindvue Camera System, including the associated display screen. This means that if your Blindvue Camera System or display screen becomes defective due to manufacturing defects or malfunctions within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will replace the system or display screen with a new one.

b. Rearvue Camera System: We provide a 3-year replacement warranty on the Rearvue Camera System, including the associated display screen. If your Rearvue Camera System or display screen experiences manufacturing defects or malfunctions within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will replace the system or display screen with a new one.

c. Fullvue Camera System: The Fullvue Camera System, along with the associated display screen, is also covered by a 3-year replacement warranty. If your Fullvue Camera System or display screen encounters manufacturing defects or malfunctions within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will replace the system or display screen with a new one.

​2   -   Warranty Conditions

a. Proper Installation: To be eligible for warranty coverage, the Camera System and display screen must be installed following the installation guidelines provided by Safety RV. It is essential to ensure that the Camera System and display screen are installed correctly and according to the instructions to prevent potential issues and maximize performance.

b. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme temperatures (including leaving the display screen on the dashboard in extreme heat), water damage, or any other circumstances beyond normal and reasonable usage.

c. Proof of Purchase: To claim warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or invoice, showing the date and place of purchase.

3   -   Warranty Service

a. Process: In the event that your Camera System or display screen experiences a covered defect or malfunction during the warranty period, please contact our customer service department promptly. You may be required to provide detailed information about the issue, along with proof of purchase, to initiate the warranty claim process.

b. Replacement: If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement Camera System or display screen of equal or comparable value, free of charge. The replacement Camera System or display screen may be new or refurbished, at our discretion. The warranty period for the replacement Camera System or display screen will be the remaining time from the original purchase date or 90 days, whichever is longer.

4   -   Exclusions

This warranty is limited to the Camera Systems and display screens mentioned above and does not cover any other products or accessories. Additionally, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

5   -   Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety RV shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Camera Systems, display screens, or their use, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss. Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the defective Camera System or display screen as described in this Statement.

This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Safety RV Pty
